We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate to join our Product Design & Engineering (PDE) team. This role offers a great opportunity to work on real-time product testing and contribute to high-impact mechanical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute tests to ensure mechanical components meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.

Design and develop test fixtures and test rigs for real-time product testing.

Daily monitoring of all testing machines and accurate data recording.

Identify potential issues, defects, and areas for improvement based on test results.

Investigate mechanical failures and determine root causes.

Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. - Mechanical).

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good record-keeping and analytical skills.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
