Cluster Manager

Position: Cluster Manager – Retail Fashion (Menswear Products)
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 5+ years in the retail fashion industry (Menswear preferred)
Location: Coimbatore / Tamil Nadu Cluster 
Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage multiple retail stores (Menswear segment).
2. Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across the cluster.
3. Ensure strong customer experience and adherence to brand standards.
4. Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff.
5. Monitor inventory, stock flow, and store performance metrics.
Skills Required:
1. Strong leadership & people management.
2. Proven track record in retail (Menswear/Fashion).
3. Ability to handle multi-store operations.
4. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
