Responsibilities
Responsible for handling End - to - End recruitment,
New hire onboarding and induction process.
Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain employee records, HRMIS/HRMS updates.
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance(PF, ESI, etc.)
Support audits and documentation as required.
