Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and KPIs.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast talent requirements.
Build a strong employer brand through innovative sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership and niche roles.
Establish and track metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Leverage job boards, social media, and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.) for sourcing.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in managing recruitment/talent acquisition teams.
Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
